Score Payback Program

Get paid to help us calibrate.

Take the PMP® exam, upload your official report, complete a short survey - we'll send up to $10 back as a thank-you for the data. Real outcomes are how we keep the question bank sharp.

Who qualifies

  • You purchased Pass Ready (monthly or 3-month) - license-key users excluded
  • You studied with PrepPilot™ before your exam — at least 3 completed mock exams and a Readiness Score of 65+ before your exam date
  • You took the real PMP® exam after that study (pass or fail both qualify)
  • You upload an official PMI Certification Exam Report (PDF) that clearly shows your full name, PMI ID, and exam date — your name must match your PrepPilot™ account
  • You complete a short calibration survey
  • One per account, lifetime

How it works

1. Study, then take the exam

Prep with PrepPilot™ first — complete at least 3 mock exams and reach a Readiness Score of 65+ — then sit for your PMP® exam. The payback is for exams taken after genuinely studying with us. Pass or fail - both qualify.

2. Upload your report

From your dashboard, upload the official PMI Certification Exam Report (PDF). Your full name, PMI ID, and exam date must all be legible, and the name must match your PrepPilot™ account. Manual entry does NOT qualify — an uploaded PDF is required for verification.

3. Complete the survey

A short calibration survey: how ready you felt, what worked, what didn't, and where the question bank should improve.

4. Manual review

We verify the report and survey within ~5 business days.

5. Get paid back

Approved payback is refunded to your original payment method via Stripe. Confirmation email lands when the refund is issued.

Your payback offer

20% of your PrepPilot™ subscription, up to

back to you

Submit your verified PMP® exam report and a short calibration survey - we'll send the payback to your original payment method.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much do I get back?

20% of your lifetime PrepPilot™ spend, up to the cap shown above. The exact amount is calculated automatically when your application is approved.

Why isn't this just called a refund?

It's compensation for valuable data, not an admission of poor service. Real exam outcomes calibrate our question bank in ways no synthetic data can. We're paying you for the work of submitting verified results.

Why are license-key users excluded?

License keys are typically issued through promotional or bulk-purchase channels at deeply discounted rates. The Score Payback is designed to share value back with full-price Pass Ready customers.

Can I claim the Pass Guarantee AND the Score Payback?

Yes. They're independent programs. If you meet the Pass Guarantee criteria (Readiness 85+ for 3 days, 3 passing mocks, exam within 14 days, didn't pass) you get the 90-day extension. Submit your official report and survey on top of that and you also get the Score Payback.

Does an exam I took before joining PrepPilot™ qualify?

No. The Score Payback rewards calibration data from an exam you sat after genuinely studying with PrepPilot™ — your exam date must fall after you joined, with at least 3 completed mock exams and a Readiness Score of 65+ beforehand. An older or retroactively-attached attempt doesn't help us calibrate the question bank, so it isn't eligible.

What if I never reported my exam outcome?

You'll need to enter it from your dashboard before applying. Pass or fail - both qualify. Upload your PDF and complete the survey at the same time.

Can I just enter my scores manually instead of uploading the PDF?

You can record your results manually for your own dashboard, but the Score Payback Program requires an uploaded PMI report PDF. The PDF is how we verify the results are real before issuing a refund — it's the whole basis of the program. If you don't upload, we can't pay.

How long does processing take?

About 5 business days. We manually verify the name and exam date on the PDF match your PrepPilot™ account and reported outcome before issuing the refund.

What if my application is rejected?

If the report can't be verified (name mismatch, illegible PDF, etc.) we'll email you with the reason and a chance to re-submit. There's no penalty for a rejected application.

Score Payback is subject to our Terms of Service. PrepPilot™ reserves the right to deny applications that cannot be verified.
