Our Story

Why we built PrepPilot™, and how it works.

Rated 4.7 by early usersJoin 200+ PMP® candidates actively studying with PrepPilot in June 2026

The Why

PMP® prep is largely a solo grind. You're working full-time, studying in whatever hours you can find, and the exam is expensive enough that failing isn't something you can shrug off. When you get a question wrong at 11pm, there's no one to explain why. You just move on to the next one and hope it clicks eventually.

We built PrepPilot™ because we believed that grind deserved better tools - ones that adapt to how you actually learn, not just how well you memorize answer choices.

How It Works

  • An AI study partner that teaches through questions, not lectures. When you get something wrong, it walks you through the reasoning instead of just showing the answer.
  • Adaptive quizzes that focus on your weak areas so you don't waste time on what you already know.
  • Full 180-question mock exams and a readiness score so you know when you're actually ready to sit for the real thing.
  • Built for the PMBOK® 8th Edition and 2026 Exam Content Outline, with full 7th edition support for candidates testing before July 9.
